I was very spoiled this Christmas by my family and wanted to share some of the bacon related gifts I received. My baby niece sent me this ridiculously cute and hilarious stuffed bacon! When you squeeze him in just the right place he declares: "I'm Bacon" and his mouth even moves!
My parents, ever supportive, gave me a copy of James Villas' amazing and fully-comprehensive The Bacon Cookbook. With recipes for everything from appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to mains and even a dessert section, this is all I'll ever need to find innovative and delicious ways with bacon. There's even a glossary of bacon terms and an encyclopedic section of different types of bacon.
