Sometimes the simplest sandwich can make for a heavenly dinner.
Pan fried slices of juicy peameal bacon glazed with a quick mix of maple syrup, lemon juice and black pepper, caramelized to perfection and piled on a fresh kaiser bun with a schmear of Dijon mustard. Bon appetit!
